Portioning
Between 2010 and 2012, our portioning plant was modified and expanded. Planning and implementation of the entire production process and flow of goods were based on the conditions specified in the IFS standard.
Our new portioning area creates new capacities: The meat is cut, deboned, labelled,vacuum-packed, assorted and stored according to our customers’ requirements.
Modern cooling and storage technology ensures an uninterrupted cold chain compliant with all legal provisions, short commissioning routes and clever and fast logistics.
Our company is equipped with a high technological standard. In order to keep abreast of rising customer requirements, we continue investing in our company infrastructure.
